All Bushwalker Bags are warranted against defects in workmanship for as long as the original owner owns the product.  The product will be repaired or replaced at no charge to the customer.  Call for details on how and where to send the bag for warranty work.  WHEN SENDING PRODUCT NEEDING REPAIRS, MAKE SURE PRODUCT IS ALREADY CLEAN OR YOU WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING CHARGE.  

Diversa Products Group does not warranty, and will not accept defective product that has been abused, been in an accident altered, misused, or where normal wear and tear has taken place.  The warranty is also voided if someone other than Diversa Products Group performs repairs on said product.  Diversa Products Group shall in no event be responsible for consequential or special damage nor for shipping costs.  This warranty is expressly in lieu of any other express warranty.  Any implied warranty, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness shall be limited in duration to the duration of the express written warranty hereinafter set forth.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
